Jeff Karnes

Jeff is an experienced technology executive in the Enterprise and Public Sector markets. Prior to founding Transeo Partners, Jeff was SVP of Operations and Marketing for 3VR Security, driving growth in their core market as well as launching their retail initiative. Prior to 3VR, Jeff was CEO of Pixel Forensics, a company specializing in video forensic and investigative applications for US Government clients. Prior to this, Jeff held a variety of product, marketing, and business leadership roles at Yahoo!, WebEx and Virage. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University.

Paul Lego

Paul is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and CEO with 30+ years of experience. Most recently, Paul was CEO of Coherent Navigation, a high precision navigation start-up acquired by Apple in 2014. Prior to joining Coherent Navigation, Paul was CEO of Bespoke Innovations, a medical devices company using 3D scanning, 3D CAD and 3D printing technologies acquired by 3D Systems, Inc. in 2012. Prior to Bespoke, Paul was CEO of Dash Navigation, Chairman and CEO of Virage, and COO at Digidesign. Paul has also held leadership positions at GE and Digital Equipment, and worked as an EIR at Sutter Hill Ventures and Trinity Ventures. Paul holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BSEE degree from Cornell University.

Emma Johnson

Emma brings 20 years’ marketing, strategy and team-building experience at B2B software and SaaS companies to Transeo Partners. An original co-founder of Transeo Partners, Emma now serves in an advisory role while fulfilling her duties as CMO at Parsable. Prior to co-founding Transeo Partners, Emma was VP of Marketing at Endicia, building the go-to-market strategy for its ecommerce logistics SaaS solution, leading to 10x growth in 5 years. Emma honed her passion for B2B marketing and strategy through leadership positions at Nuance Communications, Sun Microsystems and Remedy Corporation, as well as a handful of Silicon Valley start-ups. Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.

Marvin Wenger

Marvin brings 30+ years of global executive leadership to Transeo Partners, including CEO, COO and Sales roles spanning electronics, ecommerce, contract manufacturing, supply chain and maintenance solutions markets. Prior to joining Transeo Partners, Marvin was President of CleanSource, leading 3x top-line and 6x bottom-line growth, leading to an acquisition by Interline Brands in 2010 and a subsequent $1.6B acquisition by Home Depot in 2015. Before CleanSource, Marvin was CEO of EcNet, an ecommerce platform for the electronics industry, successfully orchestrating its sale in 2002. Marvin has held further executive and sales leadership positions in high tech, including with Arrow Electronics, a $23.8B distributor of electronic components and computer systems. Marvin received his BA from UCLA, has served on numerous boards, and has been an active 20-year member of Young President’s Organization.

Marcy McKee

Marcy has been an IT Executive for 20+ years working in a variety of CTO and CIO-level roles for public and privately held global companies such as Socius, Heffernan Insurance Brokers, JUUL, Finelite, Nanometrics, Captaris, Vulcan, and Experience Music Project. Her experience spans multiple industries including manufacturing, software, insurance and finance, and multiple enterprises owned by a high net worth individual. Marcy holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BA from New York University.

Tierney Powers

Tierney has over 15 years of international experience in personal development, and for the past decade has been at the forefront of Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Customer Experience, specializing in data management, SaaS solution development, leadership development, and training. Tierney’s accomplishments as an Executive Coach and facilitator, include C-level coaching engagements, training teams both domestically and internationally, delivering programs at esteemed institutions such as Stanford University and within the NBA, and coaching emerging leaders and teams in the principles of Conscious Leadership, Enneagram, and neuroscience-based Leadership Embodiment.Tierney's hallmark range enables her to assist individuals and early to growth-stage technology clients in navigating both life and business complexity. Tierney holds an Executive Studies Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where her training focused on Organizational Leadership & Innovation. Tierney holds a Masters of Science in Health Promotion from PennWest, and Bachelors in International Studies from American University. Tierney’s professional certifications include certificates in Conscious Leadership business leadership coaching and PCC certification through the esteemed New Ventures West integral coaching school, based in San Francisco CA.
